Bootie, congratulations on your great performance in Miami. I am a proud Furman graduate, class of 1960, and was so glad to see the videos of your training at our beautiful campus. Growing up in Greenville and Easley, I too saw out Paladins play in Sirrine Stadium and Frank Selvy amaze in Textile Hall. But I was really excited to find out that you are Jeanette’s son. I first met Jeanette and Joann at Camp Rawls in Wagener, SC, in the 1950’s. They were counselor a, and I was a GA camper. I was reacquainted with you mom years later when I worked for my sister-in-law, Dr. Patricia Westmoreland, at Carolina Dermatology. Please tell your mom “Hello.” She is a lovely person, and I treasure our friendly visits. And I look forward to following your accomplishments as my favorite Ninja Warrior!
